Rebecca Parks is a nonprofit leader passionate about fundraising and community engagement. As the Fundraising & External Relations Director at HeartLine, Inc., Rebecca builds relationships, secures funding, and raises awareness to support the organization’s mission.

With nearly a decade in the nonprofit sector, Rebecca has held key roles in donor stewardship, outreach, and resource development at HeartLine and the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Her experience also includes work with Make-A-Wish Oklahoma and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women's Studies from the University of Oklahoma and has been deeply involved in community advocacy and equity-driven initiatives throughout her career.
