Kimberley Sheppard, a native of Oklahoma City, has been employed by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Aeronautical Center for over 33 years. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Aeronautical Center Director where she manages a staff that is responsible for providing executive services to support the Aeronautical Center Director and other executives located at the Center. Her staff serves as a focal point for activities ranging from employee engagement and recognition programs, ISO certification, strategic planning, corporate communications, community outreach, project management methodologies, and more..
Kimberly previously served in the Center’s Office of Facility Management for over 15 years where she managed the Envrionmental, Occupational Safety, and Health Division and the Center's Acquisition Services Division for over 10 years where she held various positions.
She is a graduate of the Univeristy of Oklahoma, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University - School of Law.
