August is Membership Month, and there’s no better time to reflect on how we are growing as a club and serving our community.

Since July 1, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming five outstanding individuals to our Rotary family:

  • Brady Bieber
  • Jeremy Cox
  • Dr. Josh Delich
  • Chief Terry Essary
  • Ashleigh Gibson

Building Strategic Partnerships

One of the ways Rotary continues to thrive is through strategic collaborations, such as our partnership with Leadership Edmond. Our club will continue this relationship in the coming year by hosting information events with their members and alumni. These gatherings will provide opportunities to introduce local leaders to how we are uniting for good in Edmond.

These partnerships create pathways for future members to join us, while also strengthening our presence as a trusted community leader.

Rotary in Action: Service in the Community

Service has always been at the heart of Rotary, and our members have been busy in Edmond. From welcoming students on the first day of school at Scissortail Elementary to supporting the Oklahoma Blood Institute through a community blood drive, we’re building a strong public presence.

Not only is this a way to serve our community, but it also spreads awareness about how we unite for good and inspires others to join us!

What’s Next

As we continue to introduce community members to our club at weekly meetings, we encourage all members to invite others to join us at service events. What better way to show the impact of Service Above Self than by experiencing it firsthand?
